1. About Our Product & Formula

Q: What exactly does "No Gas" mean?

A: Traditional aerosol body sprays use gas as a propellant, which can make up over 60% of the can's contents. Aubéline is 100% concentrated fragrance. We use a non-aerosol, pressurised fine-mist mechanism to dispense the perfume, ensuring you get pure, even and long-lasting scent with every spray, not diluted air.

Q: How is Aubéline different from a standard Perfume (EDP/EDT)?

A: Aubéline provides the same concentration and longevity that is closer to an Eau de Toilette (EDT), but in a convenient, durable, and highly portable body spray format. It is designed to be a potent, all-over body fragrance that lasts significantly longer than conventional gas-based body sprays.

Q: How long does the scent typically last?

A: Due to the high concentration of our pure fragrance oil, Aubéline is formulated for all-day wear. In typical use, you can expect the prominent notes of Lumière or Chérie to last for 6 to 8 hours on the skin, depending on your skin type and environment.

Q: Are the scents gender-specific?

A: Lumière, with its cedar and musk notes is typically favoured by men, and Chérie, with its floral and vanilla notes by women. However, we encourage you to choose the scent that resonates with you. Fragrance has no gender.

 

2. Ordering & Shipping 

Q: Where does Aubéline ship?

A: We currently ship across India, with special priority and expedited services available for Tier 1 and Tier 2 metro cities.

Q: What are the shipping times?

A:

  • Tier 1 & 2 Cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune): Standard delivery is typically 2-4 business days.

  • Rest of India: Standard delivery is typically 5-7 business days.

  • Please note: Due to the nature of fragrance (flammable goods), shipping timelines can sometimes be subject to carrier restrictions.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Net Banking, UPI, and major digital wallets. We also offer Cash On Delivery (COD) in select pincodes.

 

3. Returns & Packaging

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the personal nature and safety standards of fragrance, we cannot accept returns once the product seal is broken or the product has been used. We offer a 7-day return policy for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us immediately with photos if there is an issue. For more details please check our return policy.

Q: Is the packaging recyclable?

A: Yes! We chose aluminium cans specifically for their sustainability profile. Aluminium is one of the most widely and easily recyclable materials in the world. Please recycle the can and the cap responsibly after use.

Q: Can I travel with my Aubéline can?

A: Yes. The aluminium can is durable and designed for portability. However, as it is a pressurized container, please follow all airline regulations regarding carrying flammable goods in both checked and cabin baggage.

 

4. Safety & Ingredients

Q: Is Aubéline safe for sensitive skin?

A: Yes Aubéline is safe for sensitive skin. Our formula is dermatologically tested. However, all fragrances contain perfume oils, and we recommend that individuals with very sensitive skin perform a patch test before regular use.

Q: Do you test on animals?

A: No, Aubéline is committed to being cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with any suppliers who do.
