At Aubéline, we are committed to ensuring your experience with our fragrances is effortless and satisfying. We treat every order with the utmost care, and your confidence is paramount.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We stand behind the quality of our no-gas body sprays. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Product Condition: For hygiene purposes and due to the intimate nature of personal fragrance, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, pristine condition with all packaging intact.

  • Hygiene Exclusion: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, sampled, or used.

  • Initiating a Return: To begin the process, please email our support team at support@aubeline.in with your order number and the reason for the return.

Note on Shipping: The client is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received at our facility and has passed inspection to confirm its unopened condition, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

We take every precaution in packaging our delicate items. Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately—within 48 hours of receiving your delivery—at support@aubeline.in.

  • We require accompanying photographs of the damage and the original packaging to expedite the claim.

  • Upon validation, we will promptly dispatch a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund, including the original shipping fees.

 

Order Cancellation

 

We process orders quickly to ensure rapid delivery. Should you require a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only guarantee a cancellation if the request is received before the item has been prepared for shipment. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
