Processing and Dispatch

 

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) following order placement.

• Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will begin processing on the following business day.

• Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

Packaging and Handling

 

We ensure all body sprays are meticulously packaged to withstand transit. Our packaging is designed to be minimal, secure, and environmentally considered.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

• Aubéline is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but that are not received by the customer (stolen packages). We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.

• If your package is lost in transit (tracking has stalled or shown no movement for 10+ days), please contact our support team at support@aubeline.in. We will promptly file a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue.
